For deliveries we have relied for years on International Express Courier GLS.
Processing of the Order
Orders are processed from 9.00 to 12.00 GMT from Monday to Friday.
Orders placed after 12.00 on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Control of the Order
To review and verify your order information, please log in to your account and click on the specific order to view its details.
Monitoring of the Order
From the moment the goods are shipped, you can view the status of your order through the tracking code on the website of the courier provided by email.
Lead time
- Deliveries to Italy are made within 72 hours of shipment (excluding public holidays)

Shipping costs are borne by the Customer and are clearly stated when placing the order. Nothing is due more by the Customer than the total order highlighted at the end of the purchase procedure.
