Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to art.5 Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999, Gambilongo Caffè srl recognizes the Buyer of the goods the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL. This right, according to law, may be exercised by the Buyer NO LATER THAN 14 (FOURTEEN) WORKING DAYS from the date of receipt of the goods, under penalty of forfeiture.

Rules for the exercise of the right of withdrawal

The notice of withdrawal must be sent, in the terms mentioned above, by e-mail to the following address: ufficio@caffegambilongo.it or at the following link.

The returned goods must be returned, intact, no later than 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the same (for this purpose the date affixed on the consignment note of the courier delivered to the buyer together with the goods) to the following address:

The Buyer is obliged to return the goods, according to the above mentioned methods, WITH INSURED PACKAGE IN FREE PORT. They will not be collected in any case parcels returned in cash on delivery or in Port Assigned.
As provided by the aforementioned Legislative Decree, once the practices of control on the correct use of the right of withdrawal, Gambilongo Caffè srl will refund the Buyer within the terms of the Law the sum paid for the purchase of the goods, deducted only the shipping costs and any duty paid.
