Presented in Naples the first edition of the "Coffee Fest, Salone Internazionale del Caffè", to be held at the Mostra D'Oltremare from 25 to 28 June 2025.

In Italy it consumes a cup of coffee every second, totaling 92 million a day, while globally the consumption of coffee reaches a record of over 3 billion cups daily, equivalent to 97 per second. This trend is constantly increasing thanks to the growth of consumption, also favored by variants in pods and capsules, and an increasingly diversified offer. The credit goes to the mastery of the Italian roasting industry and to a national tradition that has been able to evolve, with Naples that is affirmed as the "home" favorite for a beverage second only to oil for worldwide trading volumes.

In Naples, from 25 to 28 June 2025, will be held the first edition of the Coffee Fest, Salone Internazionale del Caffè. The event will take place in the pavilions of the Mostra d'Oltremare and will see the participation of the main actors in the sector, Italian and international. The announcement took place on May 8, during a city event dedicated to coffee by the project manager of the Coffee Fest, Casimiro Lieto, host of the initiative.

It will be an important opportunity for Naples and its inhabitants, as Il Coffee Fest will be half B2B (open to industry operators) and half B2C (open to the public). Four days of meetings, events and activities focused on coffee, with free tastings that will be the setting for conferences, literary meetings and masterclasses. There will also be concerts, screenings, plays, thematic competitions, company speeches and debates, to explore the history of coffee, debunk myths and enhance every positive aspect.
