This year, we had the honor of taking part for the first time in SIGEP World 2026 – The World Expo for Foodservice Excellence, the leading international event for the artisanal gelato, pastry, chocolate, coffee, bakery, and pizza sectors, held from January 16 to 20, 2026, at Rimini Expo Centre.

Now in its 47th edition, SIGEP World once again proved to be an essential meeting point for professionals, operators, and companies from all over the world, featuring more than 1,300 exhibiting brands and buyers from over 75 countries. In addition to showcasing the latest innovations in products, technologies, and business formats, the trade show offered a rich overview of trends, special projects, and opportunities for discussion, spanning from artisanal gelato to integrated “Foodservice Excellence.”

For us, it was an exciting first experience with extremely positive feedback. From the very first days, we were able to sense strong interest in our proposals and receive valuable input from colleagues, visitors, and international partners. The conversations throughout the exhibition halls, networking moments, and business matchmaking opportunities exceeded our expectations, confirming how inspiring such a prestigious event can be for new ideas and the development of meaningful collaborations.
